Waivers

JRVP Referees are there for your Safety First.
and making game calls second.
Disobey the Refs and you could be eliminated from the game or sent home for the day.

The spirit and intent of these rules and the duty of the enforcing officials is to ensure safe play; to promote fair, unbiased competition; and to sustain the level of organization and good sportsmanship necessary to keep paintball a positive activity

Waivers are required to be read  and signed by everyone before any play at JRVP  - under 18 requires parental signatures for permission.

WE ARE TOTALLY COMMITTED TO THE SAFETY
 OF OUR PLAYERS.
RULES are ENFORCED.

-----------------------------------------------------------

JRVP has a 20 foot no shoot rule that is enforced by the Referees. It is not a player to player guideline, or courtesy.
It is a rule for each player to obey and the referees to enforce and not up for debate on this field.

This isn't a speedball field that bunkering
is a strategy and a necessary part of the game.

This is rec ball - with friendlier intents

Our reason for 20 rather than 10 feet:
At 15 feet and 225 fps, you will break the skin with a t-shirt on.

99.5% of players during a game, get hit by a paintball
at 250fps and 50-75 feet and still consider it painful.

If you can't hit your target at 25ft, you shouldn't
be holding a Paintball gun. If someone needs to try to get closer to see you, they are not looking for a surrender option.

ATTENTION

You must have waivers signed before any play on our field.
No Exceptions. Period.

1. Click on links
2. Read the documents.
3. IF you understand them,    Print them and SIGN THEM.
         (under 18 requires parental permission)
4. Bring them to play paintball with us. No play without them.

Everybody needs the  liability waiver signed, we will have forms on hand at the field for those over the age of 18 only.

For those under 18, waivers must be signed by a parent or guardian, please do not commit fraud by having someone other than a parent or legal guardian sign them.

There are laws to protect against it and it's just a rotten thing to do.

The documents can be signed at home prior to the game but must be brought to the game to play. No exceptions.
