environment created in the games we play also
creates a way for management to learn who they

What games do we
utilize and why
DTW has 6 years
of experience using the
sport of Paintball as a way to bring people
together for a common goal. Not surprisingly,
many teams, the LA Lakers, Atlanta Falcons,
Philadelphia 76ers, Denver Broncos, use
Paintball during the season, during
playoffs and off season to vent some steam and
get the players back in focus more than once.
Getting highly paid Atletes that are accustom to
the privileges of money, publicity and attitude
working together has always been a challenge,
but Paintball continues to be recognized as the
most successful team building tool yet, on and
off their fields of play. Paintball is used
around the world as a team building exercise for
many reasons, some of which are:
Low impact
aerobic exercise mixed with an adrenaline rush
create life long memories
Men and women can
compete equally regardless of size or athletic
ability thus providing an equal opportunity to
be successful
There are no
first string players - Everyone is a
player - Everyone is a contributor
DTW and JRVP can

DTW utilizes the
services of James River Valley Paintball LLC. to
facilitate the paintball games. JRVP has all the
Industry certifications, equipment, supplies, resources and experience to
conduct the safest paintball games in the
Dakota's for your organization. They have been
running paintball fields and hosting games off
their fields for over 5 years successfully and
have a proven track record of safety and
satisfied customers from around the state for
private companies, City services, Military units
alike.
JRVP can
make this happen on their fields or it could
be arranged to happen on your field if JRVP can
safety certify the field and bind
insurance coverage to make your game day worry
free.
