are required to read and sign this safety rules document and the Waiver of
Liability document.
No
waivers, no play. No spectators participation.
No exceptions.
Like
Players and spectators in athletic events accepting the hazards that normally
attend the sport, I hereby consent to being shot by paintballs while
I engage in playing or watching paintball. I hereby understand that the JRVP
paintball field itself is a naturally wooded outdoor environment and nature
poses it’s own set of risks that I also assume
all risks for playing in or watching the games that JRVP directs. INDOORS
or OUTDOORS.
1).
JRVP maintains the right to refuse participation to any persons
considered a possible safety risk to themselves or others, or for any other
reason deemed applicable. No Kidding!!
2). JRVP is NOT FIELD PAINT ONLY! Paintballs purchased at the
play field are guaranteed High quality.
3). Barrel Plugs/bags required in all paint guns in staging area, even
guns with no CO2 and no paintballs.
4). Absolutely no gun firing, even "just
air", in staging area.
5). No alcoholic beverages period. Smoking in
designated areas only.
We are in a no open fire zone.
6). All paint guns must be chronographed before
playing at the field. Max Velocity limit:
295 fps.
7).
Goggles must be worn OVER EYES at all times on playing fields, in
neutral zones, and at target range. Goggles with face shields required by all
participants during a game. Spectators
must wear goggles.
8).
Each player renting or borrowing JRVP
Equipment assumes financial responsibility for its loss, theft, or damage.
9). Raise your arm when
eliminated. This is the only officially recognized way to
signal your elimination. Failure to signal your elimination may expose you to
continued paintball hits. A player without his arm up is a fair target. Ouch
Ouch Ouch does not
count!!!!
10). When eliminated go silently and quickly to a neutral zone with
your arm raised. Dead players don’t talk!
11). JRVP maintains the right to retain all participants’ payments,
fees and dues.
Rules
& Penalties
PENALTY-
Sit out 1 game or a warning or 1 day suspension for any of the following:
Goggles ON at all times,
unless you are in the safety zone marked by the signs.
- No Neck shots or back of head
shots up close.
NO
Wiping/Intentional Playing On (immediate 1 game out)
- NO constant Cursing or No malicious teasing. We expect respect, these
are not toy guns.
- NO Making Serious Threats (immediate action)
- NO Intentionally Ignoring of Referee’s Orders
- Barrel Plugs in at all times while in the safety zone area (excessive
violators will be asked to leave)
- NO Firing in Staging Area (even an accident from carelessness)
- NO Intentional Firing at the Referees
- NO Shooting Others at Close Range (20 feet – No Shoot) – Always give the surrender option
- NO Intentional Firing in Staging Area (no dry firing, no exceptions)
- NO Willful Disobeying of the Rules & Referees
- NO Physical Contact/Assault (push someone, you’re out, etc.)
- NO Intent to Harm Person/Property
- NO Stealing/Attempting to Steal
- NO Repeatedly Endangering Others
